Returns & Exchanges

At OWND!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your OWND! account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
